2 pet limit per apartment home.
$300/$400 one time non-refundable pet fee, $15 per month (per pet) pet rent.
No weight limit, but there are breed restrictions. Restricted breeds are: Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terriers), German Shepherd Doberman Pincher and Akita (at Management's discretion)
